Learning From Home

The Harrison Central School District has a comprehensive continuity plan, Learning From Home, to provide meaningful, structured learning opportunities for students in all grades during the school closure caused by the Coronavirus. Learning From Home is an approach to remote learning that leverages the district's deep instructional expertise and strong technological infrastructure. It is fluid and responsive, designed to maximize coherence and continuity of learning. While we are confident about our readiness we are cautious about expectations.  The district recognizes that there is no substitute for high quality, face- to-face classroom learning. At the same time, we also believe that Learning From Home presents our educational community with considerable opportunity for innovation. We appreciate your continuing trust and partnership during these extraordinary circumstances.
